Frequently Asked Questions

  • To secure your shoot, we ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. If you need to cancel or make changes, fees may apply, which we will explain when you book. Travel up to 20 miles from Broxbourne is included in the price.

  • Yes, drone flights are subject to UK regulations and airspace restrictions. Certain areas, such as near airports or restricted zones, may require special permissions or may not be possible to fly in. We will always check this in advance and advise you accordingly.

  • Drone shoots are weather dependent. Strong wind, rain, or poor visibility can affect both safety and image quality. If conditions are not suitable, we will reschedule your shoot at no extra cost.

  • Most drone shoots take around 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the location and package selected. Larger or more complex projects may take longer.

  • You will receive professionally retouched aerial images delivered in multiple sizes suitable for websites, social media, and marketing use.

  • Yes, drone photography can be combined with our standard photography or videography services to create a complete set of visuals for your business or property.

  • In most cases, no special permission is needed from you as the property owner, but we are responsible for ensuring the flight complies with all legal and safety requirements.

  • If your project requires more than 4 hours of drone coverage, we can schedule an additional shoot after the first one. We will discuss your requirements in advance and provide a clear quote before confirming any extra time, so you know exactly what to expect.
