We shoot on location at businesses across EN8 and the surrounding area, delivering fully retouched, platform ready images within 48 hours. Every shoot is backed by a double guarantee that no other photographer in Hertfordshire offers.

We cover all areas within 20 miles of Broxbourne as standard. This includes Cheshunt, Waltham Cross, Hoddesdon, Hertford, Enfield, and North London. Travel beyond 20 miles is available at 50p per mile and must be agreed before booking.

Weekend shoots are available by appointment only and at a premium. If a weekday shoot is not possible for your business get in touch and we will do our best to find a time that works for you.

Yes. If you are willing to cover travel costs we will shoot anywhere. Get in touch and we will work out the logistics together.

Three things. We plan every shoot in advance with a personalised shot list and style guide. We direct every person in front of our lens so you never have to worry about what to do. And we back every shoot with a double guarantee that no other photography team in Hertfordshire offers. If we miss the deadline or you do not love the results you pay nothing and keep every photo.

Our packages start from £299 for personal branding and corporate headshots and from £599 for brand and business photography. Full pricing is available on our pricing page. If you are not sure which package is right for you book a free discovery call and we will point you in the right direction.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% is due within 48 hours of your shoot being completed. All payments are made in GBP.

More than 14 days notice gives you a full deposit refund or a free reschedule. Between 7 and 14 days your deposit is non-refundable but transfers to a new date within 60 days. Less than 7 days notice means the deposit is non-refundable but a reschedule is available at a reduced fee of £99. Full details are in our terms and conditions.

We recommend booking at least two to three weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. We only take on a limited number of shoots per month to protect the quality and attention every client deserves.

Yes. Our starting prices and full package breakdown are available on our pricing page. If you have a specific budget in mind mention it when you get in touch and we will find the best approach for you.

Our corporate headshot pricing already offers better value as your team size increases. For teams of 16 and above we offer bespoke pricing. We do not offer general discounts but our annual retainer package offers two Foundation shoots per year at a locked rate of £1,099.

All images are delivered via a private online gallery link sent directly to your email. From there you can download every file in high resolution, sized and ready for every platform. No complicated file transfers. No confusing folder structures. Just a clean and simple delivery the moment your images are ready.

If your images are not in your inbox within the agreed delivery window you pay nothing. Every photo is yours to keep regardless. No debate. No invoice. No exceptions.

If you do not love what we created, as long as we delivered what we planned together during your pre-shoot consultation, you still pay nothing. Every photo is still yours to keep. No awkward conversations.

It means we do not hide behind small print. The satisfaction guarantee applies as long as we delivered what we planned together during your pre-shoot consultation. If we agreed a brief, executed that brief, and delivered fully retouched images that reflect what was planned, the guarantee has been honoured. What it protects against is poor quality, missed deliverables, or results that genuinely do not reflect the agreed brief. It is not a no questions asked policy. It is a fair and transparent promise that we stand behind completely.

We take every shoot seriously enough that this has not happened. The pre-shoot planning session exists specifically to make sure we know exactly what you need before we arrive. That preparation is what makes the guarantee something we can offer confidently.

Because we are that confident in our process. We plan every shoot, direct every person, and retouch every image to a standard we are proud of. The guarantee is not a gimmick. It is proof that we only win when you do.

It depends on the package you choose. Our Foundation shoot is 4 hours. Our Identity shoot is a full day of 8 hours. Our Full Story shoot runs 10 to 12 hours. Personal branding shoots range from 2 to 6 hours depending on the tier. Corporate headshots vary by team size.

We send every client a personalised shot list and style guide before their shoot which includes specific guidance on what to wear based on your brand, your environment, and the look we are going for together. You will never be left guessing.

Most of our clients say the same thing before their shoot. By the end they cannot believe how natural it felt. We direct every person in front of our lens so you never have to worry about what to do. We guide you through the entire session so you feel comfortable and confident throughout.

If you have multiple rooms within the same premises or spaces in very close proximity we can cover them in a single session. Locations further apart are not something we accommodate within a standard shoot. This is always discussed and confirmed during your pre-shoot consultation.

We plan every shoot with the environment in mind. If your shoot is primarily indoors weather is not a factor. If outdoor shots are planned and the weather makes them impossible we will discuss the best way to adapt on the day or reschedule those specific elements.

We do not provide hair and makeup directly. However our full professional retouching ensures every image delivered looks polished and at its absolute best regardless.

This depends on your package. Foundation delivers 20 to 25 fully retouched images. Identity delivers 30 to 40. Full Story delivers 50 to 70. Personal branding ranges from 5 to 30 depending on the tier. Corporate headshots deliver 1 to 2 images per person. Every single image is fully retouched and platform ready.

Foundation and all shoots up to 4 hours are delivered within 48 hours. Identity and shoots up to 8 hours are delivered within 72 hours. Full Story shoots are delivered within 5 business days. All personal branding up to 4 hours carry a 48 hour guarantee.

All images are delivered digitally via an online gallery in high resolution. Files are sized and formatted for every major platform including your website, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile. Print ready files are also included.

Yes. Additional fully retouched images are available at £25 each. The first additional image is always included free of charge on every booking.

Every booking includes two rounds of minor retouching revisions within 14 days of delivery. Revisions must relate to the agreed brief. Significant changes to editing style or creative direction after delivery are available at an additional cost.

Yes. A rush delivery upgrade is available for £149 and moves your delivery to the next faster timeframe. This must be agreed at the time of booking.

Yes. Once we have a chat and you want to move forward with booking, we send over a simple contract outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Everything is agreed in writing before your shoot date so there are no surprises on either side.

After delivery every client receives a care package with free educational resources on how to post across different platforms, bespoke captions ready to use, and tips to make your Instagram look its best. You also benefit from 30 days of free email support to help you get the most out of your images.

Standard packages include a licence for business use across digital and print platforms. If you need images for paid advertising campaigns, national press, or third party publications an upgraded commercial licence is available. Please discuss your intended use with us before booking.

Standard packages include UK usage rights. If you need international usage rights or extended licensing for global campaigns please discuss this with us before booking and we will make sure the right licence is in place.

All images remain the property of Mystery Fox Media until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment you receive a licence to use the delivered images for the agreed purpose. Full ownership and copyright can be purchased separately.

We reserve the right to use images from your shoot in our portfolio, website, and social media unless you request otherwise in writing before your shoot date. We will never share images that could be considered sensitive or confidential without your explicit written consent.
