Absolutely. Some of our favourite shoots have been with businesses that are just getting started. If anything a new business needs strong photography more than an established one. First impressions matter from day one and we make sure yours count.

This depends on the locations involved. If you have multiple rooms within the same premises or spaces in very close proximity we can absolutely cover them in a single session. Locations further apart are not something we accommodate within a standard shoot. This is always discussed and confirmed during your pre-shoot consultation.

We do not provide hair and makeup services. However our full professional retouching ensures every image delivered looks polished and at its best regardless. You are in good hands.

Standard packages include a licence for business use across digital and print platforms. If you need images for paid advertising campaigns, national press, or third party publications an upgraded commercial licence is available. Just let us know your intended use before booking and we will make sure everything is covered.

We send every client a personalised shot list and style guide before their shoot which includes specific guidance on what to wear based on your brand, your environment, and the look we are going for together. You will never be left guessing.

We recommend booking at least two to three weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. We only take on a limited number of shoots per month to protect the quality and attention every client deserves so the sooner you book the better.

We offer a 24 Hour Brand Emergency shoot for businesses that need images urgently. This is available subject to availability and carries a premium rate. Contact us directly to check availability and we will do everything we can to make it happen.

Personal branding shoots are designed around you as an individual. If you would like to include colleagues or collaborators to add context to your working environment this is possible but will be quoted separately depending on how many people are involved. Discuss this with us during your discovery call and we will work out the best approach.

We shoot with professional grade Canon and Sony camera systems and use a range of lenses depending on the environment and the look we are creating. We also bring portable lighting equipment for indoor shoots where natural light needs to be supplemented. Every piece of equipment is chosen to produce the highest quality images for your specific shoot.

Both. We work in whatever environment best represents your business. Some shoots are entirely indoors in an office, salon, or clinic. Others take place outdoors on a building site, in a garden, or in a public space. We assess the best approach during your pre-shoot consultation and plan accordingly.

Our corporate headshot pricing is already structured to offer better value as your team size increases. For teams of 16 and above we offer bespoke pricing tailored to your specific requirements. Get in touch and we will put together a quote that works for your organisation.

We understand that circumstances change. More than 14 days notice gives you a full deposit refund or a free reschedule. Between 7 and 14 days your deposit transfers to a new date within 60 days. Less than 7 days notice means the deposit is non-refundable but a reschedule is available at a reduced fee. Full details are in our terms and conditions.

We are an independent photography team and we bring our own creative direction to every shoot. We do not work as a supplier to agencies directly. However if your business has an in house marketing team we are happy to collaborate with them to make sure the images align with your wider brand strategy.

Absolutely. That is exactly what the pre-shoot planning session is for. We encourage every client to share references, inspiration, and specific requirements before the shoot. The more clearly we understand what you are looking for the better we can deliver it.

Every booking includes a social media caption for your hero image as standard. After delivery every client also receives a care package with free educational resources to help you get the most out of your images across different platforms. Additional social media support can be discussed during your discovery call.

We treat every client environment with complete discretion and professionalism. If your business handles sensitive information or operates in a regulated industry we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before your shoot. Just let us know your requirements during the booking process.

Standard packages include a licence for use across digital and print platforms in the UK. If you need international usage rights or extended licensing for global campaigns please discuss this with us before booking and we will make sure the right licence is in place.

Weekend shoots are available by appointment only. If a weekday shoot is not possible for your business get in touch and we will do our best to find a time that works for you.
