1. Services & Project Options

1.1 Defined Packages and Standalone Services
Mystery Fox Media offers a variety of services including photography, videography, drone photography and videography, social media management, content planning, graphics, photo editing, video editing, and other creative or digital marketing services. Services are available as predefined packages or bespoke project-based work.

1.2 Research & Planning
Where applicable, we may carry out preliminary research or discovery sessions to understand your brand, goals, audience, and competitors. This ensures all creative work is aligned with your objectives. Discovery sessions may take place via video call, in-person meeting, or online forms and will be scheduled through our booking system.

1.3 Project-Based Work
For bespoke projects outside defined packages, a written Scope of Work will be agreed upon before commencement. This will outline deliverables, timelines, and fees. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require upfront payment.

1.4 Remote and On-Site Delivery
Most services are delivered digitally. On-site work, such as photoshoots or drone sessions, may include travel costs which will be confirmed in advance. Travel up to 20 miles from Broxbourne is included in standard packages unless otherwise noted.

2. Fees & Payment Terms

2.1 Service Fees
Professional fees for packages or bespoke projects will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Payment schedules may include full upfront payment, staged payments, or monthly payments depending on the service.

2.2 Invoices
Invoices are issued in GBP and are payable within 10 business days unless agreed otherwise. Late payment may result in suspension of services or additional fees.

2.3 Additional Work
Requests for work outside the agreed Scope of Work, including extra revisions or additional deliverables, will incur fees at our standard hourly, half-day, or full-day rates. Payment is required in advance for these services.

2.4 Monthly Retainers
Ongoing services such as social media management or campaign management require a minimum six-month term. Termination requires one month’s written notice. Failure to meet payment terms may result in immediate suspension of services.

2.5 Late Payments
Invoices unpaid after 10 business days will incur a £100 late payment fee. Clients with two late payments may be required to pay in advance for all future work.

3. Revisions & Amendments

Unless otherwise agreed, each project includes up to two rounds of revisions within the original Scope of Work. Additional revisions beyond the scope will incur additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All work remains the property of Mystery Fox Media until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for the agreed purpose. Full ownership and copyright may be purchased separately. Clients may not copy, redistribute, or claim authorship without written consent.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary materials, access, and information to complete projects. Delays in providing essential resources may impact deadlines. Clients also agree to uphold payment terms throughout the engagement.

6. Deadlines & Delivery

We make every effort to meet target deadlines. Delivery times are estimates and may be revised due to unforeseen circumstances. Any adjustments will be communicated in writing.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits and payments are non-refundable for bookings cancelled within 24 hours. Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. Cancellation of ongoing projects after commencement is non-refundable, though a credit note may be issued.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared between Mystery Fox Media and clients is confidential and will not be disclosed without consent, except as required by law. Clients also agree to keep pricing, agreements, and methods confidential.

9. Liability & Indemnity

Mystery Fox Media is not liable for losses or claims arising from the use of creative work or marketing advice. Clients agree to indemnify us against claims resulting from publication or distribution of content we produce on their behalf.

10. Client Communication

Clients agree to respect our business hours and contact protocols. We aim to respond within 2 working days. Special circumstances, such as photoshoots or time-sensitive campaigns, may require limited WhatsApp or real-time communication.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated to existing clients and posted on our website, with the effective date clearly displayed.

13. Agreement
