1. Services & Project Options

1.1 Defined Packages and Project-Based Services
Mystery Fox Media offers both defined service packages and bespoke, project-based services. These may include photography, videography, drone photography and videography, social media management, original social content production, and other creative or digital marketing services.

1.2 Research & Planning
Where applicable, Mystery Fox Media may carry out preliminary research or discovery sessions to better understand your brand, goals, audience, and competitors. This ensures that all creative work and campaigns are aligned with your objectives. Discovery sessions may include video calls, in person meetings or online forms to gather essential information. Any virtual sessions will be scheduled via our booking system.

1.3 Project-Based Work
For bespoke projects outside defined packages, a written Scope of Work will be agreed upon prior to commencement. This document will outline the deliverables, timelines, and associated fees. We reserve the right to request payment in advance for additional work requested beyond the agreed Scope of Work.

1.4 Remote and On-Site Delivery
Most services are delivered remotely using digital tools. Where on-site work is required, travel costs will be confirmed in advance, and payment may be required prior to the service being carried out.

2. Fees & Payment Terms

2.1 Service Fees
Professional fees for defined packages or bespoke projects will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Payment schedules may involve upfront, staged, or monthly payments depending on the service type.

2.2 Invoices
Invoices are issued in GBP and payable within 10 business days unless otherwise agreed. Delays in payment may result in suspension of services or additional fees.

2.3 Additional Work
Requests for work outside the agreed Scope of Work, including extra revisions, will incur additional fees calculated at our standard hourly rate, half-day, or full-day rate. Payment is required in advance unless covered by an ongoing retainer.

2.4 Monthly Retainers
Ongoing monthly services, such as social media management, content creation, or campaign management, have a minimum term of six months. Termination requires one month’s written notice. Failure to meet payment terms may result in immediate suspension of services.

2.5 Late Payments
Invoices not settled within 10 business days of the due date will incur a £100 late payment fee. Clients with two instances of late payment may be required to provide payment in advance for all future work.

3. Revisions & Amendments

Unless otherwise agreed, each project includes up to two rounds of revisions within the original Scope of Work. Additional revisions outside of scope will be charged at our standard rates.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All work produced by Mystery Fox Media remains the property of the company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for the agreed purpose. Full ownership of IP and copyright may be purchased separately. Clients may not copy, redistribute, or claim authorship of creative work without our written consent.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials, access, and information to complete projects. Delays in providing essential resources may impact deadlines. Clients also agree to uphold payment terms throughout the engagement.

6. Deadlines & Delivery

We make every effort to meet target deadlines for content and projects. Delivery times are estimates and may be revised due to unforeseen circumstances. Any adjustments to timelines will be communicated in writing.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds for booked services or sessions cancelled within 24 hours are not available. Discretionary or partial refunds may be offered in exceptional circumstances. Cancellation of ongoing project work after commencement is non-refundable, though a credit note may be issued.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared between Mystery Fox Media and clients is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law. Clients also agree to keep pricing, agreements, and work methods confidential.

9. Liability & Indemnity

Mystery Fox Media is not liable for losses, damages, or claims resulting from creative work or marketing advice. Clients agree to indemnify us against claims arising from the publication or distribution of content we produce on their behalf.

10. Client Communication

Clients agree to respect our business hours and contact protocols. We aim to respond to emails and messages within 2 working days. Special circumstances, such as shoots or time-specific campaigns, may require limited WhatsApp communication.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated to existing clients and posted on our website. The effective date will be clearly displayed.

13. Agreement
