It depends on the package you choose. Our Foundation shoot is a half day of 4 hours. Our Identity shoot is a full day of 8 hours. Our Full Story shoot runs 10 to 12 hours. Every shoot starts with a pre-shoot planning session so we arrive knowing exactly what we need to capture and nothing important gets missed.

We send you a personalised shot list and style guide before every shoot. It covers what to wear, what to prepare, what to expect on the day, and what we will be capturing together. The more prepared you are the better your images will be. That is why we include this on every single booking.

If you do not love what we created, as long as we delivered what we planned together, you pay nothing and keep every photo. No debate. No invoice. No awkward conversations. We only win when you do.

We shoot on location at your business. Your space, your team, your brand. We cover all areas within 20 miles of Broxbourne, Hertfordshire as standard. Travel beyond 20 miles is available at 50p per mile and must be agreed before booking.

Most of our clients say the same thing before their shoot. By the end they cannot believe how natural it felt. We direct every person in front of our lens. You do not need to know how to pose or what to do. That is our job. We will guide you through the entire session so you feel comfortable and the images reflect the best version of you and your business.

Yes. Every booking includes two rounds of minor retouching revisions within 14 days of delivery. Revisions must relate to the agreed brief. Significant changes to editing style or creative direction after delivery are available at an additional cost.
